After being with Vodacom for 8 years, it has become increasingly difficult to have a cellphone conversation at my house because the reception is getting progressively worse. I have upgraded to the iPhone 5 in December 2012 and kept the phones firmware up to date. But if I put this phone and my other phone with a Vodacom sim card in my pocket it loses signal all together and more often than not it takes a reboot to get reception. I have contacted your technical department and reported this 2 weeks ago, and the feedback is dismal. Today a person called me from technical and told me there isn't 3G where I stay and I must switch 3G off and Lte too. I asked what about the voice reception, and I could immediately tell that nothing was done about it. I tried to speak to a manager, but was told someone would contact me before close of business today. Well, I am still waiting. The amazing thing is my wife has a MTN contract and never has any problems. I have a CellC sim in my iPad, that also has full reception and 3G. Maybe it is time to move to MTN. You can cancel my contract and take the phone back. I have a business and my phone is my livelihood, I need to have this working properly.
