I am totally at my limits with the poor reception we have with Vodacom (IN Bloemfontein - In town) can you believe that, if it was somewhere in a rural area, different story, but in the Free State Capital. I have complaint at least 7 to 8 times. Each time they come to TEST the signal strength and quality, then they fiddle with the nearest tower and bob's your uncle, excellent signal, but low and behold, just for a couple of days, then I suppose someone on the other side of the tower complaints and GONE is the signal, they installed a "booster" of some sort. That has made absolutely no difference. Now the contact numbers they gave me for signal problems doesn't even work no more. Vodacom claim to deliver a service to millions of people, at a revenue of how many zero's. Come on boys. We pay for a service, but a cell phone with no signal doesn't help much.
