Last year February Vodacom upgraded one of my contracts. I reported it and a case was opened by Vodacom to investigate. The upgrade was only reversed now, almost a year later. In the meantine I have been debited for this contract every month. Money which was not legally authorized by me to be debited. Vodacom have said I am due a credit but I have yet to receive the credit and no-one seems willing to give me an answer as to when I will get my money back. I find it unacceptable that Vodacom can easily take money from me illegally but cannot easily give it back.
