Got my new phone on upgrade on the 10th of Jan, linked my phone with my corporate emails and worked fine. The phone then prompted to update to Android 4.3 which I did, there after my corporate emails refused to work, I could send and see my contacts but no incoming. This is 2 days of having the phone.

Called Sony, and they said it was not possible to downgrade, and I should take it back to my Provider to get a swap out device seeing that it is within the 7days of having the device.

Went into NM Midrand, dealt with Kingsley whom tried really hard to help but according to him they cannot issue me with an OBF, and they need to hear from Sony if they can do a swap out, he asked me to leave the phone there and he will have an answer for me with 12hours, that was on the 14th of Jan. I got no response from him for 3 days, until I finally got in contact with him, and he gave me the same sad story. It is now 22nd and guess what, they give me the same story over a week later.

My provider is NM not sony. the issue they have with sony is their issue not mine, i brought the device back within 3days so they are obligated to give me a new device! Pathetic service!
