I have been billed for 2 months of internet usage on the uncapped internet bundle for November and December. I have not used the internet since the end of October because my contract has expired. My parents in law have 2 phones linked to my account, and their phones have been terminated for the whole of today. She is a nurse, and it caused quite a stir. When i called the enquiry service tonight to find out what has happened, they tell me that the contract has been suspended because of outstanding moneys. Appararently i had to terminate the contract myself. I was not informed of this when the contract was opened. When on holiday in October, i enquired about this contract at a MTN shop, and the MTN employee in Durban informed me the contract expires automatically and there is nothing i need to do. So basically, i was not aware that i needed to terminate the contract myself.
Can you please credit the 2 month's billed internet on my account? I really do not have the money to pay for this, neither have i used your service..Account nr: A4427455
