Poor sevice delive

I'm trying since last week to get my internet connection to work, i have a uncapped lite internet contract with mtn, after I reach my 3gig my service was throttle down to a service of no connection. I never sign a contract that said after the 3gig my connection will be terminate, Its not really terminated but so slow you can do nothing. There internet department never get back to you, I'm been giving a reference number for my call but with positive result.or any responce from them. My advice is stay away from the uncapped service of mtn, its daylight. I will definitely try to get out of this contract.
