MTN INTERNET BILLING - LEECHING/ BILLING

FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS MY CELLPHONE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HIGH. WHEN I QUERIED THIS WITH MTN I WAS TOLD MY INTERNET USAGE IS HIGH HENCE THE HIGH BILLS.
FIRSTLY FORM 8 TO 4:30 I AM LINKED TO MY COMPANIE WI-FI NOT BY MOBILE DATA OR MOBILE INTERNET SO WHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR THIS.
SEONDLY I WAS TOLD BY MTN I HAVE EXCEEDED MY CREDIT LIMIT AND NOW OWE THEM R3000. A CREDIT LIMIT I DID NOT AGREED TO AWARE OF OR SIGN FOR. ACCORDING TO MTN THIS WAS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED ON WITHOUT MY CONSENT. MTN OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT KNOW THE CPA.
MTN CANNOT CONFIRM WHAT THE INTERNET USAGE WAS FOR AND I AM TOLD MY MTN TO WAIT UNTIL MY NEXT BILLING BEFORE THE CAN ASSIST.
I THEN GET A SMS INFORMING THAT MY SONS ACCOUNT IS OVER DUE BY R914 WHEN BOTH CELL ACCOUNTS ARE SUCCESSFULLY PAID VIA DEBIT ORDER AND MY SON IS ON A TOP UP CONTRACT.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE SOME RANDOM PERSON HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY CONTRACT BY MTN OR ALLOWED TO LEECH ON MY CONTRACT AN I AM PAYING THE PRICE FOR THIS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO 3 PEOPLE AT MTN AND GONE IN TO THE PINETOWN STORE AND NONE OF THEM WERE ABLE TO ASSIST.
