POOR SERVICE

We drove to Fourways mall to hand in a phone directly because we were told that all the phones get sent there for repairs anyway. They in return told us that within 24-48hrs we will either get a quote or a phone call stating what the damage is so that we can decide what we will do. My director will be here next week expecting to collect his phone - which I don't even have a quote on yet - it is day 3!!!
