Terrible service

I booked my Blackberry phone in for repairs a few weeks ago. I delayed the process by a few days but the time in getting back to me with a quote for repairs is totally unacceptable. I eventually received a call to say that the quote is over R2000 to fix the phone. I asked the consultant on the phone what the problem (s) with the phone is as this must be fairly major to cost so much. In return she told me that the problems were the same ones that I had reported when I booked the phone in ie. was not switching on etc... well thanks for the feedback but I already knew that and doesn't help at all... normally the standard response is water damage etc. but here it could be anything... Another phone down the drain with below par service...
