Last year October I took my brand new phone that worked for just 9 months to Vodacare Fourways mall for repairs it couldn't charge. I was given a refurbished phone which worked for 8 months as well. I took it there for repairs for the same problem & today I received a call that for them to fix it, I need to pay like R1850. Except giving out refurbished phones when we hand in new phones, why don't they fix phones we handed in?
