INFORMATION NOT TOLD TO CUSTOMER

Hi,

Last week Wednesday I took my blackberry to Century City to get a quote on fixing my blackberry as I had dropped it during the day.

I got an sms with a quote which was over R1000.00 (absolutely a rip off) and then Monday I got a call from the service centre asking if I am rejecting or accepting the quote at this time I told her I will reject the quote and go collect my blackberry on this call she said thank you and goodbye at no time did she mention there would be a fee involved to collect the phone. I went in on Tuesday to collect my phone wasn't back yet and said once at the store they would sms me, this whole time not one Vodacom staff member mentioned the R57 fee. I have just returned from Century City to collect the phone as I got the sms to advise it was ready for collection.

They pull my blackberry out and signed the forms etc, the guy there Jody says R57 to take my phone again was never told before regarding this fee.
I refuse to pay it as nobody told me from the time I dropped the phone off.
I want this R57 to be waivered so I can collect my phone in peace.

The staff are in the wrong for not communcating this to me.

I am furious and shocked.
