Bad service and attitude at Vodacom repair centre

I took my phone (Samsung Galaxy S Plus) to the Vodacom Repair centre in Somerset Mall on recommendation of Nathan from Smart Lab to replace the Main Board. Consultant who handled my in booking of my phone was very helpfull & professional. After hour and half I get a call from Arnold (the technician) telling me that my phone has water damage on it and I told him to leave the repairs as I was sure water damage was not the problem with my phone (as Smart Lab would have told me so and while waiting to hand in my phone the morning 3 other customers were told they had water damage at the charging point). We drove all the way from Kuilsriver to collect my phone just the discover that it does not want to switch on! I phoned Aneska from my husbands phone as we weer already on our way home and she asked me why my husband did not check it before he left the shop. So we drove back for them to check why it does not want to switch on. The technician the told me that he found the phone like that - which the consultant confirm was not the case as she switched the phone off herself. The technician then discovered he did not put the phone back correctly!!!
