Losing airtime and data bundles after porting

I ported my Vodacom number to Virgin Mobile on the 10th of January 2014 and the porting was completed the same day. However; I noticed that my airtime and data bundles balance on the Virgin Mobile sim card have disappeared. I've been calling the 123 number ever since and your champs have been sending me from pillar to strength and all they keep on telling me that the matter will be sorted between 24 - 48 hours.

Last week sometime one of the champs I spoke to was Tsepiso and he informed that there was a problem with my porting of which it will take 24hours to solve and he promised that he will follow up personally the following day when he got to work - still nothing has happened. Today, 21 January 2014 I've spoken to Gerald who promised to call me back should we get disconnected of which we got disconnected and he never called me back. I then spoke to a lady by the name of Kagiso who informed me that this process will take 30 days and that I must submit something to Virgin Mobile. I called again and fortunately Tsepiso (the one who assisted me last week) picked up my call and stll told me that he needs to check with the porting department as to what the matter is. Can I get help?
