Utterly poor service

On 30 April I took my phone to Cell C branch at Carnival mall in Brakpan for a quote for repairs. After three phone calls to follow up withcell C I finally managed to get a quote on 8 May. I had to go in to the branch to accept the quote in writing and did this on 11 May. A copy of this was faxed to Cell C service department on the same day. I have a copy of the fax report. On 16 May I received a SMS stating that I need to contact 084140 to accept the quote after I signed a document to this effect. A week later I tried finding out what is happening to the phone by calling 084140 and was told they are waiting for spares. On Saturday 25 May I went to the Cell C Carnival Mall to follow up as it seem very difficult to get answers by phone. I was once again told that they were waiting for spares. Yesterday 4 June I finally received a SMS that my phone is back at Carnival mall and can collect it. As I could not go myselve, my step daughter went to collect it today only to find that the phone is locked and needed to be booked in again. Looking at the IEMI nos on the document I realised they now differ and was given the wrong phone. Still without a phone after more than a month
