TELEPHONES JUST RING

I handed in a phone for a repair quote on the 01/07/2013.
I rejected your ridiculous quote as it was more than the price of a new phone!
I told them to send the phone back and i will collect. They said i would be contacted when it arrived so i could collect it.
TO DATE still no contact made to collect the phone. Upon calling the 082 1944 number i was informed that the phone would have been sold after three months to defray costs?
WHAT COSTS? There were no repairs done to the phone, all i asked for is a quote.
I called 011 653 6722 given to me by your call centre and that number says it is out of service
I called 011 653 6714 NUMEROUS times and it just F rings!!!

If vodacom has sold my phone YOU WILL replace it.
