I took my Samsung Galaxy S3 in to be repaired as it was constantly restarting, so I firstly go to two different branches that are nearer to me and they say that I must take it to Cresta (the first one said to Clearwater so I went there first) Subsequently when I take it in, the staff are working so slowly that I had to queue for 30 min and then only got helped, once helped the staff member that helped me was so slow that it took a further 20 min to get the phone received and for two forms to be filled out. That was on the 6th of January, I received two SMS's today to say that my S3 with the relevant job number is ready for collection, so I spend 30 min in traffic to get to Cresta from City Deep where I work, and then spend a further 30 min in the store with slow staff again only to be told that they do not have my phone. They called the other store and find out that the other store has my phone but they do not have the battery. This means that it was a waste an hour of my time for nothing as they cannot help me until they get my battery back. I asked when and they said Tuesday
