Worst service by far!

On the 26/03/2013 my boyfriend had taken a nokia lumia 620 on contract as a present for my birthday. On the 19/10/13 my phone was booked in at cresta store as the phone wasn't switching on. I asked the lady that helped me how long it would take. She said 7-10 working days but because the store was closing for reconstruction the following week I would only get my phone back when they open at the end of November. I was fine with that as I had no other choice. Today 28/11/2013 my driver went to collect the phone from cresta store, the guy who helped him brought the phone out, not knowing whether it was sent for repairs or not. My driver asked him to switch the unit on and it did not switch on. It has been over a month that my phone is there and no one has sent it for repairs or even bothered to notify us on the progress on the repair of my phone. I tried to call the store, which to no surprise there is no answer. Pathetic service and utterly disappointed in MTN as both my partner and myself have been loyal customers for years.
