Months ago, I called to cancel this service. When I called, they put me through to the cancellation department. However, the queue was way too long. I requested a call back, but I am still waiting. In the meantime, I am still paying for a useless "service." I don't know what else to do. Unfortunately, the order cannot be stopped through my bank.
