I cancelled my contract, 072 515 5932 (this number is not in use anymore), with Virgin Mobile and due to the way that the contract is billed I still owed them two months. They have deducted R495.00 from my account which they admit needs to be refunded. They person who deals with these sorts of things also admitted that he has not got back to me and promised last week to "get onto it" and contact me back.
I am still waiting!!!
I have given them my contact details so there is no excuse!
Not a happy customer.
