I booked my phone in for repairs with cell c, it has been 2 weeks and they dont have stock to replace me with. What telecommunication are they running when they never have stock of handsets in their warehouse. they dont even have a walk in repair centre everything has to be done thru the stores. this is the worst network ever. i feel i should warn other customers of taking their business back to vodacom or mtn where the service on repairs and customers are better then at cell c. im outraged with these people.
