We bought corner couches from Bawa's furnishers in Durban west street on the 25/06. after a week we have notices that on one of the couches the heel is faulty, and this was a surprise because it only the two of us around the house and we hardly sit in the Louge. Then I contacted the shop and the assistant requested the pictures and also slip to be forwarded till today no one has contacted us for the same, and I f I call the shop request to speak to manager, I'm being told I must call another number but all these numbers don't go through and the assistant always says they is nothing she can do as she already forwarded our complaint to management.
