After Vodacom Repairs Cresta confirmed that my software was not responsible for my phone's terrible battery life, they ordered a new battery for my phone with my consent. This happened mid July. Yesterday, they sent me an sms stating that my "job is ready for collection". Relieved, I went to collect my battery only to be told that still no stock has been received.
