Good day.
I am not satisfied with the service that I received from Polokwane Municipality. I applied for a permit last year 2022.I spoke to the supervisor (Nare) he said that the don’t have enough staff to capture the applications, He is not sure how long will it take. Everyone in that Department has a don’t care attitude, Hundreds of people goes to the municipality on a daily basis check the progress of their application, Most of the time if I get there I don’t find anyone on the front desk, I feel it’s unfair for people like us that wants to make a honest living.it is unacceptable to wait for a permit for two years.
I called again today the said, try again next year July 2024.
Some people applied this year and got their permits, so there’s also corruption involved.so which means if u have money for bribe that u get your permit asap, we that don’t have the bribe money must wait forever. This is very unfair I’m really not happy.
