My phone was on Sunday night. Luckily I am insured through Cellsure!
I blacklisted my phone, soft locked my Sim and got my case number. I proceeded to fill out the claim form and everything was sent off and ready by Monday afternoon. I phoned Cellsure first thing on Tuesday morning (Today) and the claim was settled. I got my claim number and by 10am I was setting off to Cresta to collect my replacement phone (Galaxy S4). When I arrived I waited in the new store aimlessly walking around (as there is no reception) waiting for someone to help me. 2 people who arrived after me were helped first because there is no structure in this store. I was eventually helped and proceeded to give all the details. The consultant attempted to contact the insurance company but was not successful. he recommended I come back after a while and they would try again. I asked what time they closed, he said 6pm, so I said I would be back after 5 because I was busy all day. he said no problem. I arrived back at the store around 4:45pm and it was closed! I now have to wait until friday to get my phone and do the Sim swap. No one can get hold of me over the holidays and I'm left stranded!

Unacceptable!
