Horrible Service and incorrect information

On the 9th of January my Samsung galaxy s3 was booked in at Vodacom 4 u Clearwater. The phone is only a month old and had a software issue. Vodacom said they cant give me a new one and my phone had to be booked in and they told me it would take about two weeks. Yesterday when i called the repair centre number to find out the status of my phoned they told me my phone was only on its way to cresta and cresta had not yet recieved it. Then when i phoned Clearwater they said my phone was sent on the 9th and Cresta must have it, they then said they would phone me back in a bit. When they didnt get back to me with 8 hours i phoned again and they told me the repairs had been done and they would recieve my phone today. Again today i called and they told me they not sure whats going on. I decided to phone Cresta who proceeded to tell me that they never recieved my phone on the day Clearwater said, and that my phone had not been fixed as yet. I just feel that this is a brand new phone that i have paid alot of money for and people cant even tell me what is happening with it. If it wasnt for the man at Cresta i still wouldnt know whats going on.
