New upgraded handset unable to operate

I recently upgraded from data to phone contract. The phone was delivered on 15-01-2013 however up to now the phone is not working. Your consultant was to eager to close up on a sale and did not provide me with sufficient information to have the handset up and running.

I upgraded to a blackberry Z10, which uses a micro sim. The consultant didn't even advise as to how do I go about resizing the sim. Now someone tell me, do I now have to do the run around to get the sim resized?

I am trying to contact MTN direct to have this sorted out only to get the shock on your prompt settings that I cannot be assisted as the number is suspended because I did not rica the number is 2011, the shock I got because I took the contract for 0784210042 after the rica deadline.

I managed to speak to some guy today via 0831808 but as soon as I started questioning the above, he said his transferring me to a department that would assist but then he hang up.

I need urgent answers regarding the above. you are going to start billing me for handset that I cannot even use?

The reference number for the sale is UV129878.

Disappointed.
