On the 1st of August 2013 I upgraded my existing Vodacom contract online, they delivered the handset together with a micro sim which i was told needed to be activated by phoning Vodacom. The guy that I've spoken to informed me of a new number on my "new" contract. I told the guy that i should not be getting a new number as i only upgraded my existing line. He replied in saying that i also alegedly took out a new contract. Thereafter i have spoken to 3 people none of which could assist me. I was really impressed with Vodacom before this incident, and as i have 3 lines with you I insist that this confusion be cleared up on a urgent basis.
