First: I've tried 17 times since last Friday to get through to MTN Bayside which number is listed as 0838691400 - not even once was the phone answered.
Second: I upgraded my contract about 1-2 month ago, and the RICA was done in the store using my ID book and Utility bill. My phone is now disconnected with the accusation that I failed to Rica my phone before the deadline of 30 June 2011. Can the person who stuffed this up, please fix this ASAP.
