One of your consultants processed a contract upgrade on my Vodacom number, Thursday 6 March. And delivery of the upgraded handset of a Blackberry X10. Order number U470575.
The courier service made delivery on Friday, however - I've sent the handset back. I did not take receipt of the handset.
Please cancel the upgrade of my contract. I wish to revert to my previous contract terms.
