Wrong contract

I have upgraded online in June 2013. I chose the Smart S 199 contract, that includes 200sms, 75minutes calls and some data, so that I don't have to pay for a handset and because it was much cheaper that what I use to pay. I cancelled my sms bundle that I use to have extra on my old contract, because the new contract already has 200 sms bundle. After my first invoice I've paid I realised that I am paying too much. I saw that they never cancelled the extra 200 sms bundle and they also charging me for a handset. When I have filled in the form online it never stated that I have to pay for a handset. I have been phoning Vodacom since I realised something is wrong. They just put me through from the one person to the other. Nothing is been sorted since. I also stopped paying the handset amount of R50. the rest of my account I do pay in full. Now because of the few months it is been added up and Vodacom suspended my account because of the arrear amount of the handset that is not been paid since June.
I would really appreciated it if this could be sorted out. I have not opened the phone I got when I upgraded. please sort this mess out.
