BAD SERVICE & COMMUNICATION FAILURE

My husband upgraded his contract telephonically and order a Samsung Galaxy S4 active. He again contacted them later the afternoon to change the color of the phone from black to white and he was advised that they will give this info through to the warehouse. The phone arrived 15/01/14 and to my surprise it was black NOT white. i phone the call center at 0821959, spoke to a very rude lady who did not allow me the chance to explain and when i asked her to please give me time to explain she just TOTALLY stopped speaking to me and i hang up the phone. i am utterly disgusted with the service we received from Vodacom call center staff as well as the fact that i could not even get assistance from our in town Vodacom store!!!
