PATHETIC SERVICE DURING UPGRADE

VERY frustrated & disappointed in the pathetic service I received from Vodacom! With upgrade Wednesday on 2 no's. During my call I confirmed 3 times I wanted 1 in white and 1 in black. Thurs.morning it was delivered - both white. I phoned the Call Center & after explaining my problem to 2 different operators, spoke to Bongani. I asked him if the exchange was approved by 11:30 if the handset can be delivered tomorrow, he said it can't - it has to be sent from 1 person to another for approval & all kinds of! This isn't what the website says or what I was told "If the order is approved before 11:30, it will be delivered the next day". WHAT IS DIFFERENT now? He said it could take 7 days to replace but he will try speed up the process and will phone me back in 15 min. That was at 10:20. At 11:06 I phoned & asked to be transferred to him. I got disconnected 3 times. I phoned at 11:57 & had to explain the problem again! He checked system and said both showed the white handset was requested. I asked him to go and listen to my call of yesterday in which I asked & confirmed for a white AND black handset. 24hrs and not heard a word from him. PATHETIC SERVICE VODACOM!!
