I call vodacom call center every day, i am so urterly disappointed and disgusted anout the service im constatly receiving, just upgraded my phone and it has been a nightmare even before i received the new phone, can some please advise me how i can give back the phone and cancel this contract.
i spoke to a guy by the name of Mbulelo Tongo who seemed helpful and explain and assured me that my line will not be blocked because of the smart S contract... i even sent a compiment to serguson Losper who is apparently the team leader, this morning mt contract is locked, when i call the call center a lady by the name of Nomusa told me that i was given incorrect information and i need to change my contract. and pay more money.
i need this sorted ASAP or Cancel this contract immediately!!!
