My ADSL line went down, my ISP can't connect from their side. I've tried the obvious home based cable connections and rebootings. Nothing. Reported it last week, Telkom says with a remote test there is no error from their side so we need a technician. I've been waiting since last week 'for one to become available' - NOT ACCEPTABLE. We're losing potential business, my partner is unable to do his research work, respond to queries for consulting work. Other options (cell based connectivity) are chewing up money which we will never get back. Its been escalated three times with no results. Trying again today - ref 10BWK070114
