My wife went to CNA to get me a Samsung Galaxy Pocket as a gift they only had Black in stock at the time
she purchased the black and was told if i was not happy she could return it within 7 days that evening she gave me the phone i told her i wanted the white phone the next morning less than 24hours i returned to CNA
with the phone in its origanal condition un used and told them i want to return the phone as i am not happy with the black and want a white one they tell me that the CPA does not require them to swop the phone as it is not faulty and coulor is not a fault the Black Samsung phone is not Black in bad light it appears Black but the phone is a metalic Blue
CNA staff were not willing to entertain me any further and sent me on my way
