We run a small business in the Noordheuwel area. We started experiencing problems with our lines on the 14th December. We returned to work on the 6th January 2014 and the problem was not resolved. I have been logging this call and following up with Telkom every day since the 6th January... just to be told that Telkom is understaffed and we are just going to have to hope for the best... seriously! Hope for the best??? We pay our account every month on time and THIS is the service we are getting???
After the rains yesterday both lines are worse now... our switchboard person has checked and changed all on his side... It makes it pretty difficult to give our clients the call in service they deserve with these line issues.
