I upgraded my contract through online chat, everything went fine until i got my phone, it was delivered to me (wrong address) but none the less i got it. the phone doesnt work. i called Vodacom time after time after time. spoke to Mampo who advised she will sort it out. i will receive a new phone and i must give the broken one back. she advised 24-48 hours. this was done on Monday 14/10/2013 and yet i am still waiting. everyday i call and everyday the same thing. Mampo has been helpful and i understand it is not her. however i am still sitting with a "new" broken phone.
oh yes i requested to have a Z10 white phone the phone i received is a Z10 BLACK phone.
