I upgraded my MTN cell phone contract in October 2013 to the MTN Anytime 1200 contract.
As per the stipulated package at the time, I am supposed to receive 1.2GB of data per month.
Thus far MTN only allocated 250MB of data every month.
I lodged a query at MTN Richards Bay in early November.
After many subsequent phone calls and visits to the branch I was told to contact the Billing department, which I did. I was informed that MTN would be reimbursing the money charged for the data usage and would also be allocating the 1.2GB of data.
This has still not happened. I am still being charged exorbitant fees for data usage and only receiving 250MB of data, which is a direct contravention of the Contract terms.
I will be seeking legal advice to take this matter further.
