A couple of months ago i opened a new contract at autopage the bluff branch, everything was going fine until february, my montly bill is R199 per month bt at the end of march i got billed R427 thats almost double, yesterday i went into the store to query the bill and the consultant explained that it was data usage, he printed out my bill and i left on my bill if showed data usage for R188 and R12 for 10 sms however this is incorrect how can i have data usage when i am on a straight up 100 on a cell c contract i receive 100 mins 100 sms and 100 mb data when i look on my balance thid month it reflects that i have 188 mb of dat and 200 sms which means that my 100 mb of data and my sms carried over from last month, w
how the can i get billed for data usage when i have data and sms remaining .this is and daylight, i would like this problem resolved immediately or otherwise cancel my contract, my payments are always up to date, i have also noticed that during the course of today my bill has increased by R2 every two hours although i have data and sms and i have not made any calls
