Never get an iphone on contr frm Cell C. I received my iphone on the 1 Aug '13. Started giving problems. Took it to East Rand Mall. After 2-3 weeks I got sms "your handset is ready for collection" assuming it was fixed. Received the phone, go home. Only to realise it still has the same problem. Back to the mall and in queue again. Now I'm told it was never even opened because of the find my ipone app.. They don't tell you this when you book it in the first time. Scenario played out 3 more times where cell c staff even removed the app. Got the phone back again. Still not repaired because of the app. Went home and called the repair centre. Now they email me instructions to remove the app. Why was instructions not given in the first place. Booked in again. Received it back after 3 wks. Still not fixed due to app being active. I'm told to go the iphone store in Eastgate. Go there. In queue for 30 mins. Not there problem. Phone is under warranty. Cell c must sort it out. Go to cell c store in east gate. Explain the whole story. Not there problem.. By now I want to explode. Back to ERM. They refuse to replace phone. Booked in again! Phone was brand new, now scratched. I pay R549 pm!
