Incorrect data, charges, billing, reconnection fees

Upgraded on of my lines 0732001480 from a MTN 350 Contract to a CEllC straight up 200 contract. After waiting almost more than 4 months for my phone, which is totally disgusting, I am only to find endless problems with my accounts since and not being given the deal of the upgrade in terms of data bundles, airtime and smses.
Consequently my accounts are incorrect as I have been charged for data /GPRS which should have been part of the package,
The contract was activated on the 17 July 2013 but we only received 100 MB of data instead of 500 MB data and as it was half way through the month -should have been at least 250 MB.This also was the case with smses and airtime.
At the beginning of August, only 200 MB of data was given instead of 500 MB.
So Already we were owed 450 MB of data!
Then to add insult to injury we were charged for data and GPRS above 200 MB from August, and for data in July above 100 MB.AA
Already on my September account I was charged R301.43 plus vat for GPRS which should have not been charged at all if the correct data bundle had been given plus all the data carried over from the previous month. Want my accounts for last two months redone correctly and to be credited
