Since upgraded to my new package in March, I am experiencing problems with the billing/invoices on my account. I made various phone call, reported to Hellopeter, wrote emails but nothing could correct or solve my problem. I think MTN could definitely do with some training for their staff in the accounts/billing division. My problems are as follows: Since singing the new contract in March till June, my 250MB of data was deducted from my R value since no Data bundle was loaded by MTN. I was promised that MTN would do a reconciliation to credit me with the DATA used during these months... NOTHING HAPPENED, which I gave up on. My new problem is that since this month, my supposedly 250MB FREE data is now charged & invoiced & not FREE as per the signed contract. My contract stipulates that I will pay R499 which includes 250MB of data. For 4 months this amount was not charged but now, since 1 July they have decided to add this. I have send mails & after 5 days I get a reply from MTN that they are experiencing difficulties & If I still have a problem, I must let them know. If I reply, the mail is returned with -"This message exceeds the maximum message size allowed". I only replied YES
