I have a contract with MTN which includes 250mb of Data. I then signed up for a Top up Bundle of 500mb costing R 99per month. I recently discovered that I was only being given the 500mb and was forfeiting the 250mb.
I raised this via the store and then via Twitter. I was contacted by a man who said I could only have one bundle - so my bundle should have been increased to 750mb. He allocated me 2g of data to compensate for the past. But I was charged for it and now going forward its unfair that I loose the 250mb when its part of the contract.
Please help... 250mb is not enough for data, but If I get a top up bundle its not fair that I automatically loose the 250mb.
