Charged for data that is not used

I'd just like to say that Vodacom are making so much money on data charges.
I monitor my usage all the time. I used 150MB out of my 250MB for the month and then I got an sms from Vodacom stating I have used up the 250mb. so when I phoned they said yes you have and I'm saying no I have not. so I logged a call with the data department, then I get a call and they cannot give me an answer. so then I get a email with an excel spreadsheet with a hole bunch of stuff to try and prove that I have used up the 250MB and to say that I must check all my app's for data usage etc... then I reply to say how they are charging me for data that I am not using and still no response. I have sent about 6 emails and I have seen that they have read the emails and still no response. I cant imaging how many people are getting charged for data that is not being downloaded. cause people just assume that it is right. Shame on you Vodacom
