Terrible service

My new phone broke after 9 days. your store has been so useless including the managers. they keep on telling me its not my phone but my charger that was faulty and this is after they tried to charge it in the store.
all im asking is give me a new phone or cancel my contract but everyone pass the buck to the supplier and then head office and then i get told about procedures and i signed a contract.disgusted in the service and i've only been a contract client for a few weeks
