POOR SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE ETC

Upgraded my contract on 31st July, Samsung S4 faulty, returned within 7 day period as per copy of my contract, I took the phone with box etc in on 6th Aug to a guy named Kevin and forgot the charger however they sent it in that date and asked for charger which I took the charger in on the 8th. Staff do not call me back to give feedback, Charlie does not return my calls, I will have records on cell bill (next invoice) as to how many times I called both numbers being (011) 8233234 and (011) 8233280. Phone rings over five minutes before they answer, or lines continuously engaged. They cannot give me any feedback on the OBF on phone which say 5 calendar days on contract once phone is in their hands. They have bad attitude and seriously need to go on a course on how to deal with customers and answer the phone, over and above their terrible after sales service once a contract is signed or upgraded. I normally deal with one of the other 3 Vodacom branches in the East Rand Mall, but tried this one, and am really disappointed in this branch and their staff as well as me sitting with a really old phone with I am battling to do my business on. They keep making excuses and passing the buck.
