Complaint / review / scam report

I applied for a new contract. Waited 4 days for the phone to arrive. When i switched on the phone it froze. Had to take it back. Waited 2 WEEKS without proper feedback from the store as to what was going on. After going into the store and making a fuss they were forced to give me a new phone. The manager of the store was not sorry for the service i was experiencing. she actually had a attitude. After switching on the new phone it asked to update software... the cell phone then crashed. couldnt handle the update. Called the store again... half in tears and i was told that i would have to wait another 2 weeks to hear about a getting a new phone. I have been debited for a phone i have not been able to use or enjoy and the service from this store is so horrible! I have been without a phone now for a month and the store wont do anything even make me feel like their sorry for selling faulty equipment. I am now in the process of legal action to cancel my contract because legally i did not receive the phone or service that is promised when you open a contract. I am a personal assistant and having a cell phone is very important... I DO NOT!!!!!!
