Hi there,

I've tried calling your legal department, call centre etc.. always either get cut off/ get transfered to the wrong dep or even company or someone will be in contact with me soon as it's still under investigation? seriously after 3months? still nothing.

This is what happened. I called in twice early last year to notifiy your company that I would like to end all my remaining contracts and do not wish to renew once the term comes to an end. I was re-assured that it will be cancelled and I need NOT call back again.
I then discovered that after all this I still received a statement. When I called in I was told that my contract had been upgraded with a new phone etc.. So someone else had opened a contract with my details. I was obviously furious as I had nothing to do with this. Faxed through affidavid etc.. but still no communication from vodacom just statements that im now in arrears coz I put a stop on the debit order.
I would like an apology and my money back that was debited from my account.
