My Blackberry broke on the 5.07.2013, i went to my nearest Vodacom store in Colonnade on the 6.07.2013 only to be informed that it would take 3-4 weeks to have it sent in for repairs, unfortunately I could not wait this long nor did they have a loan phone to offer me. I was advised that the next best thing to do was buy a phone cash or open another contract. Before I signed ANY documentation I asked if my current number could be linked to the new contract so that I would not have to change my number, I was advised that yes this could be done. I paid or a sim swop in order for this to happen and signed up for a new Samsung Galaxy S4 contract. A month down the line I receive my Vodacom statement with a charge of R2091.72 on data alone only to realise that my primary number as requested was never linked to my new contract as requested hence the astronomical amount on the data. I contacted Vodacom's Customer care to assist only to be informed that there is nothing that they can do for me I need to go into the actual store. I also picked up that the cellphone insurance that I requested on my Samsung Galaxy S4 was put on to my Blackberry account/phone.17yrs as a loyal client, I'm disgusted
