The ginger we bought from freshmark is really of very poor quality. A waste of money. The ginger package indicates that upon receiving this batch of stock no quality inspection was done because I would have rejected the stock. Please get rid of this supplier as well as your quality team.
I will not be able to use this ginger for anything instead I doubt it's even safe to consume. Sort this out quickly
